Use AYA in Claude on the web, desktop and mobile, or in Claude Code. You sign in with your existing AYA account and approve access once.

These steps keep the install tied to one user, one workspace, and one canonical AYA installation record.
Step 01
Open Claude’s connector settings
In Claude on the web or desktop, open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an Owner may need to add it for the organization.
Step 02
Paste AYA’s server address
Name it Ask Your Audience and paste https://mcp.askyouraudience.ai/mcp. Leave the other settings as they are.
Step 03
Sign in and allow access
Choose Add, then Connect. Claude opens AYA: sign in and choose Allow access. The connector then works in Claude on the web, desktop and mobile. In a chat, turn AYA on and ask: “Which audiences do I have in AYA?”
Step 04
Using Claude Code instead
Run /plugin install ask-your-audience --marketplace Ask-Your-Audience/askyouraudience, then /mcp, choose ask-your-audience and select Authenticate. Claude Code receives the sign-in on port 47561, so keep that port free.

Troubleshooting and support
If the install looks healthy but the connector is still failing, check the auth state and reconnect from the same workspace.
I can’t add a custom connector
On the Free plan you can add one custom connector. On a Team or Enterprise plan, ask an Owner to add AYA for the organization.
AYA says it can’t connect to this app
Remove the connector in Settings → Connectors and add it again with only the server address, leaving the other settings as they are.
AYA doesn’t appear in a chat
Turn the connector on for the chat from the + or tools menu, then ask your question again.
Claude Code sign-in doesn’t finish
Check that nothing else is using port 47561, update Claude Code, then run /mcp and choose Authenticate again.
